It’s 2015, Innovation was still a buzzword in many companies, but many did not yet know how you really do this. Founder Mark Dijksman had a vision about this. With his company: oneUp, he quickly claimed his spot as one of the pioneers in the corporate startup space in The Netherlands. In a time that big companies awakened to the fact that in order to stay relevant they had to reinvent themselves at an accelerated pace. Oneup started to inject the startup ways of working into the corporate DNA and saw what kind of impact we had on the direction our clients were going.
